Where should I start with home coffee?
Start with the way you enjoy your cup: pour-over, espresso or coffee on the go. Choose a grinder that suits your brewing method, then add the tools you need.
How do I choose the correct configuration?
Read the selected option and SKU carefully. For electrical equipment, check the voltage and plug for your destination. For accessories, check dimensions, capacity and compatibility. Included items can differ between configurations.
Can I buy online?
Products offered for online purchase use Shopify checkout. Select the exact configuration and quantity on the product page. If an item is unavailable or has no purchase option, contact us before making a decision.
Where can I check delivery options and costs?
Available delivery methods and applicable charges are shown at checkout for your address. If no delivery option is available, contact us with the product, quantity and destination.
What should I check about returns and after-sales support?
Review the applicable returns and after-sales terms and any product-specific information before purchasing. Contact us if a policy or product detail is unclear.
Can you help with an existing order?
Contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout. Include the product or SKU and a short description of the issue. Avoid sending payment-card details.
Do you also support business purchases?
Yes. For quantities, commercial equipment or a specific project, contact us with the models, quantity and destination. The home shop remains the main browsing route; business requirements are discussed separately.
How do I ask about pre-owned equipment?
Send the type of equipment, intended use and destination. Availability, condition, included items and support need to be confirmed for each individual unit before an order.
