Modes, standby and care

The Pro Max manual identifies Manual, Pour-over and Espresso modes, selected by double-clicking T. Manual mode provides weighing and a manual timer; Pour-over mode records dose, brew ratio and flow rate; Espresso mode tares the cup and starts timing when liquid is detected. Holding T and Power together enters settings; T selects standby options of 10 minutes, 30 minutes or always-on, and Power confirms.

Use the original cable and the manufacturer-recommended standard 5 V adapter; avoid fast charging and do not weigh while charging. Keep liquid away from gaps and the charging port, protect the platform with the heat-resistant pad, and clean and dry the weighing surface after use. Cups, drippers, servers and other photographed accessories are display props, not included components.
