The MHW-3BOMBER Sonic S7 brings hands-on lever control to espresso preparation. Its pressure gauge lets you follow the extraction while the walnut handle provides a comfortable grip.
CM8011 — Base unit
This configuration supplies the black Sonic S7 machine. The trolley case, grinders, kettles, scales, tampers, distribution tools, cups and other scene accessories are not included.

Brewing and care
Use a separate hot-water source, prepare the coffee in the portafilter and operate the lever to control extraction. Leave clearance above the machine for the full lever movement. Follow the supplied operating instructions, release pressure before opening the brew chamber and clean the brewing parts after use.
